We sat down with Greg to discuss how things were going before Dieselmatic and what’s changed since partnering with us.
What were some challenges you faced before partnering with Dieselmatic?
Greg: Time management was a big challenge. I didn't have time to manage the website, run Google ads, update our content, manage the areas we service, etc. Payroll also became bulky. So, I started looking at options. Where can I save time and money?
How were you handling your marketing and online presence before?
Greg: I had tried another marketing company before Dieselmatic, but it didn't work out. I wasn’t happy with the website. They weren’t responsive. They didn’t focus on what was trending in his industry or what to target.
How would you describe your partnership with Dieselmatic?
Greg: A big thing when I initially met with Dieselmatic was that level of communication. I've always talked with you guys about what was trending in the industry. I know what I want to target. I know what I want to go after. So, I was aiming to find a partner who understood those needs. The communication has been excellent. Another thing is that we can go over our media plans together. I enjoy being involved in the process and seeing what's working and not working right.
Are there any specific success stories you can share?
Greg: A couple of big ones came from you guys. Coca-Cola visited our website and liked what they saw, and we closed a deal with the whole Coca-Cola fleet. Another big deal we landed was with PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric Company). These two deals have been a major source of revenue for us.
How has Dieselmatic impacted your business?
Greg: Overall, Dieselmatic has had a great impact. Dieselmatic has contributed greatly to the growth of the business, our brand awareness, you know, getting our name out there, getting our logos out there, really putting the focus where it needs to be. Driving ads on Google. Driving phone calls. Our phone calls have gone through the roof since joining Dieselmatic. I just really like the service. I really like the partnership, and I like the way we're going.
How would you describe the website quality and branding Dieselmatic created for your shop?
Greg: It's been great, man. The website looks great. It's professional. If I ever need to change the background photos or update content, you guys are right on top of it. Since joining, we have been constantly at the top of Google search pages. We are being looked at in a more competitive light. Your content is superior. Your attention to detail is superior. The level of service. The attentiveness to detail. And all of those things that I get with you, I don't mind paying the extra money for, because the other companies I've been with didn't deliver. Yeah, they didn't cost as much, but they didn't deliver as well. So I definitely appreciate the service, and it's all money well spent in my eyes.
